Saturdays: 8:30am Yoga with Nicky-Training Studio
All level yoga with a variety of styles. Please bring your own yoga mat.
9:30am HIIT with Lexi-On the Turf (or Training Studio)
Full body HIIT training with different routines every week. Modifications made to suit all fitness levels.
Located in the southwest plaza of 159th & Harlem, CFX Tinley Park has over 15,000 sq. ft. of space, featuring:
-Turf (including kettlebells, tires, slam balls, a weighted sled, and TRX cables)
-Free Weights (including squat racks, smith machines, flat, incline and decline bench presses, leg press machines, hack squat machines, dumbbells up to 100lbs, and more)
-Strength Machines (for isolating each muscle in a fixed position)
-Cardio Equipment (including treadmills, recumbent bikes, folding bikes, rowers, treadmills, stair climbers, and ellipticals)
-Hydromassage Beds (for waking up before a workout or massaging and relaxing your muscles after a workout)
-Private Personal Training Studio (for PT clients and for all members when not in use by a trainer)
-Small Group Training Studio (for group classes with <10 people led by our trainers. This room also has a heavy bag for boxing as well as battle ropes and is open to all members when not in use by a trainer)
-Lockers & Showers (body soap and showers are available to all members. Lockers are also available but members must bring their own lock)
-Retail Products (we have several protein and pre-workout drinks chilled in our cooler available for purchase. We also have powdered supplements and gym apparel available for sale, including CFX hats and t-shirts.
