Located on the south side of 55th Street at West 9825, CFX Countryside has over 11,000 sq. ft. of space, featuring:

-Turf (including kettlebells, tires, slam balls, a weighted sled, and TRX cables)

-Free Weights (including squat racks, smith machines, flat, incline and decline bench presses, leg press machines, hack squat machines, dumbbells up to 100lbs, and more)

-Strength Machines (for isolating each muscle in a fixed position)

-Cardio Equipment (including treadmills, recumbent bikes, folding bikes, rowers, treadmills, stair climbers, and ellipticals)

-Hydromassage Chairs (for waking up before a workout or massaging and relaxing your muscles after a workout)

-Lockers & Showers (body soap and showers are available to all members. Lockers are also available but members must bring their own lock)

-Retail Products (we have several protein and pre-workout drinks chilled in our cooler available for purchase. We also have powdered supplements and gym apparel available for sale, including CFX hats and t-shirts.
