How have your workouts at CFX helped you with this? Circuit training, the trainers who challenge me, and the virtual room when I can’t attend a class which has great equipment.

What do you like most about working out at CFX? All the great trainers, especially Nancy who is very knowledgeable and motivating

What are 3 of your favorite hobbies? Cooking, watching tv and spending time with my grandchildren

What would you say to someone who is on the fence about joining a gym for the first time? Do it! You are going to feel good about yourself.

Name a positive moment you had with a staff member: Recently I had shoulder discomfort and Sebastian helped me with alternative exercises and equipment so that I could be comfortable during my workout.

What advice would you give someone with similar fitness goals? Stay consistent and find exercises that you enjoy doing.
